We do not ask for, and you should not send us, payment card details, identity documents or any other sensitive information through the quote form.
We will not use your details to send you marketing you have not asked for.
Photographs you upload are used only to assess and price your installation and to plan the work. They are stored with your job record. We will not publish them, share them publicly, or use them in advertising without asking you first.
We share your information only where it is necessary to provide our services:
Some of these providers may store or process information on servers located outside Australia. We take reasonable steps to ensure any overseas recipient handles your information consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles.
We may use analytics and advertising tools, including Google services, which use cookies to understand how people find and use our website and to measure the performance of our advertising. These tools may collect information such as your approximate location, device and browser type, and the pages you visit. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of personalised Google advertising through your Google Ad Settings.
If you request a quote but do not proceed, we keep your enquiry for a reasonable period in case you come back to us, and then delete it. If you proceed with an installation, we keep your job records for as long as needed to honour warranties and meet our legal and tax obligations.
We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security of information sent to us online.
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@instantairnow.com.au and we will respond within a reasonable time. There are some records, such as those relating to completed work, that we may need to keep for legal reasons.
If you believe we have mishandled your personal information, contact us first at info@instantairnow.com.au so we can try to resolve it. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
